Injury History
Your injury history in order. Each entry shows the date, location, and details you provided. Items need a date to appear here. Go to the Primary Map tab to add or edit injuries.
Claim Map — Secondary
Rate how bad each condition is and add any secondary issues it has caused. Click "Rate" to answer questions about your condition. Under each claim, use "Add Secondary" to list problems caused by that condition (for example: a knee injury that caused back pain, or PTSD that caused insomnia). Secondary conditions may be relevant to a VA claim when supported by medical evidence. ENDEX helps you organize them for discussion with accredited support.
War-Related & Special Claims
Add claims related to your job, combat service, or special circumstances. This includes things like combat-related conditions, Military Sexual Trauma (MST), Agent Orange exposure, burn pit exposure, and Gulf War illness. These categories may involve special VA rules or evidence requirements. ENDEX helps you track related information for review with accredited support.
VA Rating Calculator
Your estimated combined VA disability rating based on all conditions you've entered. The VA uses "VA Math" — each rating is applied to the remaining healthy percentage, not simply added together. Conditions affecting both sides of your body (left and right knee, for example) get a 10% bilateral bonus. Ratings are estimates for education and planning only. ENDEX does not predict, guarantee, or influence VA decisions. Final ratings are determined only by VA based on law, medical evidence, service records, and claim review.
Notes & Statement
Use this space however works for you — a VA personal statement, notes from doctor visits, questions for your VSO, reminders, or context about specific conditions. Write for whoever reads this next (VSO, attorney, family, or yourself later). Your logged conditions are listed on the right for easy reference — click one to drop its name into your notes. Use this section to organize accurate, truthful information from your own records and experiences. Do not exaggerate, fabricate, or submit information you cannot support.
